Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and strategize the product backlog, establishing priorities that align with business goals and customer requirements, while considering quarterly planning;

• Develop and articulate initiatives, epics, and user stories, gathering, documenting, and specifying functional requirements and business rules pertinent to insurance, including auto insurance;

• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with the technical team;

• Provide regular status updates on initiative progress;

• Collaborate and coordinate with external partners;

• Engage in integrations through APIs and the digital ecosystems of insurers;

• Assist in the creation of new products and initiatives related to digital services, with a focus on mobility solutions, customer experiences, and financial services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior or Specialist Product Owner;

• Familiarity with the insurance sector and insurtech companies;

• Understanding of automotive insurance products, encompassing coverage, pricing, and claims management;

• Proficient in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);

• Background in digital product management;

• Knowledge of data analysis and the establishment of product metrics;

• Experienced with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or similar;

• Competence in defining backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and crafting user stories;

• Familiarity with system integrations and APIs.
