Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of backlog prioritization and ensure clarity for a complex or multi-squad product area.

• Make sure that sprint goals are aligned with strategic objectives and yield measurable results.

• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams to promote delivery excellence and predictability.

• Mentor junior Product Owners and assist in enhancing agile maturity at Avid.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within agile organizations.

• Demonstrated success in leading complex delivery initiatives alongside cross-functional teams.

• Profound knowledge of agile frameworks, metrics, and methods for continuous improvement.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced or technical degree is preferred.
