Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Articulate and share the product vision, strategy, and objectives with stakeholders and development teams.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with customer requirements and business goals.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA, to deliver top-notch products.

• Evaluate market trends and collect customer feedback to guide product improvements and roadmap planning.

• Lead discussions and workshops to gather requirements and clarify the scope of projects.

• Track product performance and refine features to improve user experience and add value.

• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering).

• Over 5 years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner within an Agile framework.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles.

• Proven experience in developing and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on making data-driven decisions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and motivating teams.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other comparable project management software.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
