Senior Product Operations, Trading – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Operations & Growth: Serve as the authority for operations and marketing teams. You will create detailed launch plans, including user education resources and promotional strategies, to facilitate successful product adoption. Data analysis will be utilized to pinpoint growth opportunities and enhance product performance.

• Product Design & Execution: You will convert user requirements into comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and collaborate with our product team to ensure our derivative offerings are competitive and adhere to acceptable risk levels.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison, ensuring smooth communication and execution between Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Quant, Risk, and Customer Service to provide an exceptional user experience.

• Product Planning & Strategy: Take ownership of the complete product roadmap for derivatives products. Perform thorough research on cryptocurrency market trends and competitor activities to uncover new product opportunities and establish an effective go-to-market strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years in product operations, ideally with derivative products like perpetual contracts, copy trading, trading bots, etc. Experience in cryptocurrencies, traditional exchanges, structured products, and derivatives is highly desirable. Candidates who have successfully designed or led products from inception to launch in the crypto or fintech sector will be prioritized.

• Attributes: You possess an outcome-driven mindset and a robust sense of ownership for business growth and product revenue. You are a quick learner, able to adapt swiftly to the fast-paced cryptocurrency landscape. Your strong capability to translate user needs into innovative product solutions is essential.

• Skills: A deep passion for and understanding of financial markets is required. You must be comfortable with fundamental concepts such as interest rates and volatility, applying them to crypto assets. You should be highly analytical and proficient in using tools like SQL and Excel for data-driven decision-making. Exceptional communication and project management skills are a must.
