Senior Product Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete demand intake and product operations strategy throughout Product Ownership.

• Introduce structure, visibility, and control to a complex backlog that aligns with approved business cases.

• Organize current demand and establish clear standards for intake, documentation, and prioritization.

• Ensure that all work is finalized, governed, and prepared before being added to the backlog.

• Serve as the primary control point to streamline inputs from various sources.

• Maintain a single, reliable view of all demand and ongoing work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be proficient in English, possessing outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Significant experience in Product Operations, PMO, or delivery governance roles within intricate, matrixed settings.

• A demonstrated history of designing, owning, and substantially enhancing intake, backlog, and operational processes.

• Confidence in effectively navigating environments with incomplete tools, evolving operating models, or ambiguous structures.

• Solid, practical knowledge of workflow and ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps.

• Ability to foster accountability, persistence, and follow-through among diverse stakeholders without relying on formal authority.

• A meticulous systems mindset, keen attention to detail and data integrity, with a strong emphasis on outcomes.
