This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take ownership of and manage the Product & Design toolset (Notion, Mixpanel, Metabase, Hex, Featurebase, Figma), ensuring it functions as a cohesive system.
• Facilitate product process rituals, including weekly syncs, epic demos, kickoffs, retrospectives, pre-mortems, and quarterly planning sessions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for KPIs, adoption metrics, and usability; write SQL queries and create visualizations directly while collaborating with Product Managers on discovery analytics.
• Design and manage the customer feedback pipeline by consolidating insights from six channels (Featurebase, Sales, Customer Support, Support, Customer Advisory Board, and discovery interviews) into a weekly summary delivered to the appropriate PM at the right moment.
• Monitor which customer requests have led to implemented features, ongoing projects, or intentional declines, and provide feedback to Sales and Customer Support.
• Maintain PR/FAQ and 5 Questions templates in Notion; track which initiatives have supporting documents, identify those lacking them, and highlight gaps to the Senior Vice President of Product & Design.
• Coordinate cross-functional release logistics involving Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Solutions Engineering.
• Promote data integrity by advocating for consistent event taxonomy, instrumentation standards, and clear property naming conventions.
• You have experience in product analytics, product operations, or a related PM-adjacent role and are eager to expand into operations.
• You are proficient in SQL and comfortable using product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Metabase, Amplitude, or comparable platforms.
• You possess organizational skills that enhance the effectiveness of others.
• You focus on building systems rather than just compiling lists.
• You are comfortable collaborating across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Solutions Engineering teams.
• You demonstrate intellectual humility.
• Preferred: Experience with infrastructure, DevOps, or developer tools products.
• Familiarity with the Working Backwards / PR-FAQ framework is advantageous.
• Experience managing ClickUp or Notion is a plus.
• Background in collaborating with design and research, including tools like Figma and conducting discovery interviews.
• Innovative Culture: Become part of a team that is shaping the future of cloud infrastructure management.
• Growth Opportunities: Play a vital role in advancing Spacelift’s business and its partnership with AWS.
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a flexible work environment, including remote-first options and competitive compensation packages.
• Collaborative Team: Collaborate with passionate and talented individuals dedicated to achieving success for our customers and partners.
