This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take charge of the complete demand intake and product operations strategy within Product Ownership.
• Introduce structure, visibility, and governance to a complex backlog that aligns with approved business cases.
• Organize current demand and establish clear standards for intake, documentation, and prioritization.
• Ensure all tasks are finalized, governed, and prepared before being added to the backlog.
• Serve as the primary control point, streamline inputs from various sources, and maintain a single trusted view of all demand and ongoing work, ensuring clear traceability, status, and progress.
• Foster accountability among Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and continuous workflow.
• Design and implement interim processes for intake, tracking, and reporting while tooling is still in development.
• Collaborate with IT and the Product Model Centre of Excellence to convert operational needs into system requirements and guide the shift to a fully system-enabled operating model.
• Identify demand levels, assess backlog health, and evaluate delivery performance to facilitate early detection of risks, bottlenecks, and gaps.
• Proficiency in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Extensive background in Product Operations, PMO, or delivery governance roles within complex, matrixed settings.
• A demonstrated history of designing, owning, and significantly enhancing intake, backlog, and operational processes, functioning as a builder rather than a coordinator.
• Confidence in effectively navigating environments with inadequate tooling, evolving operational models, or ambiguous structures, bringing clarity to situations lacking it.
• Strong, practical knowledge of workflow and ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps, including contributions to configuration and process design.
• Capability to instill accountability, persistence, and follow-through across diverse stakeholders without depending on formal authority.
• A meticulous systems mindset, keen attention to detail and data integrity, with a strong focus on outcomes, visibility, and operational control.
