Product Operations Intern, LatAm

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Offer support to clients across various communication channels.

• Assist with daily operational activities that link Product, Finance, and Operations while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA).

• Aid in data validation and reconciliation tasks to guarantee accuracy across different systems.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement and automation.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to monitor essential business and operational metrics.

• Contribute to the rollout of new product features from both operational and financial viewpoints.

• Engage in testing and validating new tools or processes prior to deployment.

• Support the formulation and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Help identify inefficiencies and suggest data-driven solutions to improve our internal operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently a student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a comparable role within a tech, fintech, or financial institution.

• Intermediate level proficiency in Excel, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial operations, and data management.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Inquisitive and proactive — you have a passion for learning new tools, understanding their functionalities, and enhancing them.

• A team player with excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
