This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborates with internal teams, including various product divisions, engineering, and others to improve critical systems and functions, enabling further customization to meet the evolving business requirements.
• Works alongside both internal and external teams within CrowdStrike to enhance the processes and operations of Falcon Complete through the integration of new products and features.
• Conducts technical analysis of new product functionalities and capabilities to evaluate their effectiveness for FC integration.
• Oversees strategic initiatives, which includes reviewing ongoing efforts and prioritizing requests.
• Partners with internal engineering teams to ensure that FC capabilities align with operational and customer needs.
• Engages in roadmap prioritization sessions and assesses new requests for the FC Business.
• Collaborates with internal teams to identify customer pain points and operational challenges.
• Facilitates actionable changes by converting customer feedback into product improvements and operational optimizations.
• Manages various projects (both large and small) that involve technology integrations, process modifications/enhancements, automation/optimization efforts, and more.
• Contributes to or leads cross-functional initiatives as necessary.
• Aids in managing Agile workflows, including stand-up meetings, capacity planning, and retrospectives.
• Defines and monitors key metrics to assess operational effectiveness and integration success.
• Creates and maintains detailed technical and process-oriented documentation.
• Establishes governance frameworks and reporting systems for product integrations.
• Develops integration roadmaps and implementation strategies for features and products.
• Documents technical specifications and the integration of new features.
• Works with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with the existing FC infrastructure.
• Monitors and assesses post-integration performance metrics to confirm successful adoption.
• 5+ years of experience in a Product Operations or Product Management role.
• Capable of effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical personnel at all levels of the organization.
• Skilled in analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring recommended solutions, and conveying technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Extensive knowledge of CrowdStrike's modules and product offerings.
• Proven leadership ability in driving risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Basic leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills, including the capacity to lead across multiple business and technology organizations.
• Strong problem-solving and technical abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodology and project management practices.
• Proficient in data analysis and metrics definition.
