This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Propel clarity, speed, and excellence throughout our product organization.

• Serve as the vital link between Product, Engineering, and various cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Compliance, Legal).

• Enhance the product team’s effectiveness—through organized processes, actionable insights, and proactive communication.

• Ensure that the appropriate systems, insights, and documentation are established to enable the product to scale efficiently and independently.

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps within a technology-driven environment.

• Strong data analysis skills (proficiency in SQL or an equivalent).

• Exceptional communication abilities; demonstrated capacity to collaborate across functions and influence without direct authority.

• Strong system-thinking approach—you excel at resolving organizational friction through processes and tools.

• Capability to work independently in a distributed setting; a self-starter who can manage projects from inception to completion.

• Previous experience supporting a global or multi-country product launch setting.

• Experience in aligning operations among Product, Customer Success, and Finance.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
