
Senior Product Marketing Manager, Flex

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for all offerings from Flex, collaborating with Product leadership on roadmap development, launch preparedness, orchestration, internal content creation, and revenue facilitation.
• Manage Flex's competitive positioning comprehensively, which includes defining the ideal customer profile (ICP), conducting market research, analyzing win/loss scenarios, creating battlecards, producing external collateral, and handling objections.
• Deliver written content, messaging, company narrative, value propositions, proof points, and competitive insights to Lifecycle Marketing and Sales Enablement teams.
• Utilize data from customers, market trends, industry insights, product discussions, win/loss analyses, competitor evaluations, adoption statistics, and customer examples to prioritize product launches and messaging strategies.
• Act as the internal authority on Flex's market positioning, product offerings, value propositions, differentiation, customer use cases, and product launches.
• Update Leadership and Product teams on competitive dynamics, their potential impacts, and gaps in the product roadmap.
• Establish and grow the product marketing function at Flex as its first dedicated leader.
• A minimum of 5 years in product marketing, with at least 2 years in B2B fintech, financial services, or another regulated and complex-product sector.
• Proven track record of go-to-market leadership: developed positioning and messaging, launched products, and facilitated user adoption.
• At least one experience in creating a zero-to-one framework for establishing collaboration between Product, Product Marketing Management (PMM), and stakeholders from the ground up.
• Strong instincts for competitive intelligence and the ability to create effective sales battlecards.
• Excellent judgment regarding market resonance, go-to-market messaging, product functionalities, and managing objections.
• Demonstrated experience in directly collaborating with Product teams on positioning strategies.
• Exceptional written communication skills, particularly for positioning frameworks, battlecards, and briefs.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and build from zero-to-one without an established playbook or team.
• Bonus: experience at a company lacking a dedicated marketing leader.
• Bonus: direct experience as an individual contributor in a SaaS environment, preferably as a Customer Success Manager (CSM).
