This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and take ownership of Boulevard’s upmarket segment across key verticals.
• Refine the ideal customer profile for the upmarket segment and analyze the dynamics of buying committees.
• Establish segment priorities, create roadmaps, and gather buyer insights.
• Develop positioning and narratives that establish Boulevard as the preferred platform for sophisticated operators.
• Create messaging, competitive positioning, and proof points tailored to the evaluation criteria of enterprises.
• Provide sales teams with segment-specific tools, presentations, messaging, and collateral.
• Participate in strategic enterprise sales calls, customize materials, and enhance approaches based on buyer feedback.
• Develop templates for proposals, scripts, and materials for handling objections.
• Collaborate with enablement teams to equip frontline sales teams with necessary tools.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from upmarket prospects.
• Incorporate market and buyer insights into discussions on R&D roadmapping.
• Advocate for the capabilities required to capture the upmarket segment.
• Ensure that features are sequenced, framed, and released to support the platform narrative and deliver enterprise value.
• Over 7 years of experience in product marketing.
• Extensive experience in marketing and selling to enterprise buyers in vertical SaaS.
• Proven success in building positioning and narratives for complex, multi-product platforms.
• Proficiency in enterprise go-to-market strategies, including understanding buying committees, navigating longer sales cycles, conducting proof-driven evaluations, engaging in executive conversations, and handling objections.
• Extensive experience in developing tools for enterprise sales.
• Familiarity with marketing platform APIs and integrations to enterprise audiences.
• Ability to translate technical details into commercial value.
• Demonstrated capability to influence product direction through structured market insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tell clear and compelling stories.
• Capacity to engage effectively with executives and account executives.
• Comfort with leading in uncertain situations and operating without a pre-defined playbook.
• Bonus: experience with franchise or multi-location business models.
• Bonus: experience in vertical SaaS, specifically within the medspa, salon, or spa industries.
