This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive product marketing initiatives for certifications by establishing positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Create and sustain sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and FAQs.
• Manage the complete development of global go-to-market content, which includes product guides, webinars, web narratives, regional assets, and event presentations.
• Formulate buyer criteria and personas across various buyer categories, use cases, and geographic regions.
• Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback for Product Management.
• Influence product development based on evolving customer and industry needs.
• Design and implement campaigns aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, growth, retention, and advocacy.
• Report directly to the VP of Product Marketing.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Development, sales, partners, and other cross-functional teams.
• At least 6 years of experience in product marketing.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
• Relevant client-side experience within a global product organization generating a minimum of $75M in annual revenue.
• Ideally, experience in green building, commercial real estate, sustainability, or renewable energy sectors.
• A proven history of successfully launching complex products to market with clear and compelling enterprise positioning.
• Strong grasp of market analytics, data, and modeling relevant to product and go-to-market strategies.
• Capability to foster consensus and promote alignment among cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from intricate data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
• A passion for and commitment to the USGBC/GBCI mission.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Looker.
• Experience using Asana, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Proficient in Figma, Canva, Notion, and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in the English language is required.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST, totaling 40 hours per week, with occasional evening work.
• Willingness to travel 10% for team retreats and industry events.
