Senior Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Address key adoption challenges by connecting project execution with independent customer success.

• Take ownership of regular customer training sessions and create engaging, scenario-based programs.

• Work closely with Solution Delivery and Customer Success teams to identify training deficiencies and suggest proactive measures.

• Conduct live Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) using interactive, scenario-based activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms or comparable technical experience.

• Professional bilingual capability in French, German, Italian, or Spanish.

• A passion for learning and a dedication to personal development.

• Proficient in facilitating train-the-trainer sessions that empower customer trainers to independently continue the training process.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and a focus on learner-centric approaches.
