This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the market strategy for Attendance Plus.
• Manage the positioning and messaging for the Attendance Plus product line.
• Transform research on chronic absenteeism and district challenges into a compelling value proposition.
• Develop expertise on attendance and chronic absenteeism markets, funding formulas, budget cycles, purchasing dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the Attendance product and leadership teams on pricing, packaging, and segmentation strategies.
• Identify high-potential market segments, use cases, and opportunities for growth.
• Create strategies to effectively target identified segments.
• Lead go-to-market plans for upcoming capabilities on the roadmap.
• Assess launch investments based on the strategic significance of each release.
• Set launch objectives and metrics for success.
• Analyze performance through metrics such as adoption rates, customer feedback, field insights, and market reactions.
• Convert win/loss analysis and customer research into actionable product, positioning, and market insights.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to assist Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Produce competitive battlecards, tailored messaging for buyers, ROI framing, and strategies for handling objections.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success teams to effectively communicate new capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Foster alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership teams.
• Identify strategic risks and opportunities while providing clear recommendations.
• Attend industry events and conferences to engage with customers, prospects, and the education community.
• Minimum of 8 years of product marketing experience.
• Significant ownership of strategy, positioning, and go-to-market for a specific product or business line.
• Proven success in rapidly scaling a new product line through complex expansion efforts, reaching new buyers within existing accounts.
• Ability to gain executive sponsorship while fostering adoption among frontline stakeholders.
• Demonstrated history of leveraging customer, market, and competitive insights to guide product or business decisions.
• Strong storytelling abilities and excellent written communication skills.
• Skill in translating complex customer challenges and product features into straightforward, differentiated narratives.
• Experience with win/loss analysis and customer research.
• Capability to convert qualitative insights into clear recommendations.
• Genuine interest in the chronic absenteeism issue and a commitment to becoming an internal expert on the subject.
• Willingness to travel to industry events and conferences, approximately 20% of the time.
