This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate strategies and initiatives for the Accounting Channel to enhance both acquisition and retention.
• Implement go-to-market strategies that are in line with business objectives and customer challenges.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the product and understand customer workflows thoroughly.
• Collaborate with Product teams to impact the roadmap and development of features.
• Advocate for accountants and convert customer insights into effective messaging and programs.
• Drive audience segmentation, positioning, and messaging efforts.
• Craft unique product narratives for go-to-market initiatives.
• Oversee the go-to-market strategy and execution for accounting-channel acquisition, retention, and enablement.
• Take ownership of go-to-market leadership, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, securing resources, and facilitating launches.
• Manage comprehensive projects across highly matrixed teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to provide enablement content, tools, and processes.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer advocacy initiatives.
• Work alongside Product, Support, Sales, Customer Success, Brand, Growth, Creative, and Legal teams.
• Achieve business metrics and influence stakeholders across functions.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in Product Marketing or a closely related field, including direct experience at the Senior Product Marketing Manager level.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS and/or fintech.
• Preferred experience with companies targeting accounting and finance professionals or financial operations software.
• Proven history of successful product and feature launches, encompassing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
• Experience in supporting channel sales or indirect distribution strategies.
• Familiarity with creating enablement tools for sales teams working through partners, advisors, or professional firms.
• Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
• Capable of collaborating with market research and analytics teams.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence others without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in developing sales enablement tools and presenting to leadership.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish in a highly matrixed environment.
