Senior Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Define and oversee the comprehensive go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and essential content for targeted enterprise sectors.

• Cultivate insights into vertical stakeholders, challenges, regulatory influences, and digital workplace necessities.

• Provide the global sales team with industry-specific pitch decks, competitive battle cards, discovery scripts, and tailored demo flows.

• Collaborate with Product Management to develop industry-centric solution packages utilizing platform features, integrations, and AI capabilities.

• Produce thought leadership materials, white papers, customer case studies, solution briefs, and customized web messaging.

• Partner with Marketing to execute targeted integrated demand-generation initiatives.

• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to guide product roadmap priorities and commercial strategies.

• Work collaboratively across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing.

• A minimum of 2–3 years focused on vertical or industry marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Employee Experience, Enterprise Intranets, Internal Communications, or Digital Workplace software.

• Experience in positioning solutions for deskless/frontline workforces is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional skill in simplifying complex technical features into clear, value-driven industry narratives and customer stories.

• Proven success in creating enablement programs and go-to-market campaigns that drive pipeline growth, improve win rates, and expand deal sizes.

• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and major AI/Tech ecosystems.

• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership without direct authority.

• Direct experience in industry marketing is a plus.

• Knowledge of AI/LLM applications in employee engagement or productivity platforms is a plus.

• Experience in a global, cross-cultural, or dual-headquartered SaaS environment is a plus.
