Senior Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of strategic positioning, creating engaging product narratives, and steering go-to-market success for the product portfolio.

• Develop and uphold product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that set HappyCo apart across all Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and product lines.

• Manage the go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches, overseeing everything from the launch brief to enablement materials.

• Define and enhance ICPs and personas through customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive assessments.

• Produce sales tools that are consistent with current messaging and expedite conversion rates.

• Collaborate with Product and Finance teams on pricing strategies, product packaging, and naming for new releases.

• Lead cross-functional alignment through the creation of positioning briefs, product one-pagers, and updates for leadership.

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a proven history of managing complete go-to-market launches from start to finish.

• Outstanding messaging and storytelling abilities — you excel at converting complex product features into customer-focused narratives.

• Demonstrated capability to influence without direct authority across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

• Experience in conducting competitive analysis, customer interviews, and market research to guide positioning efforts.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a strong inclination towards action and clarity.
