This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of product marketing for Expel's offerings in threat hunting, phishing, and add-on services, as well as orchestration and automation within its MDR service.
• Craft messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Management from the roadmap stage through to launch to enhance releases and drive customer adoption.
• Update messaging platforms and website/FAQ content.
• Provide GTM launch packages, messaging, content, and enablement materials.
• Create and deliver enablement resources for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Produce customer-facing materials including solution briefs, webpages, presentations, blogs, battlecards, and technical sales documentation.
• Generate competitive intelligence, messaging, battlecards, and perform market analysis.
• Convert market, competitive, and customer insights into recommendations for roadmap prioritization.
• Collaborate with Marketing on content and demand-generation initiatives.
• Initiate prospect and customer engagement programs to expand the qualified pipeline and encourage growth.
• Interact with customers, prospects, and internal teams to gain insights into buyer challenges and market dynamics.
• Represent Expel at webinars, customer meetings, analyst briefings, and industry events.
• Utilize AI tools like Gemini and Claude for research, messaging, competitive analysis, and content development.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; adept at simplifying complex cybersecurity concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong background in Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Marketing, Sales Engineering, or a related go-to-market role.
• Experience in the cybersecurity sector or a closely associated technical B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with marketing MDR, XDR, SIEM, SecOps, cloud security, identity security, or related technologies is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in executing product launches and managing stakeholders from initiation through to release.
• Capability to grasp new product areas and translate customer, persona, and market insights into GTM strategies and content plans.
• Skill in fostering alignment among technical Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop messaging and positioning for key personas and to differentiate in the market.
• Strong project management capabilities; able to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Customer-centric mindset with a genuine curiosity about buyer pain points.
• Experience integrating AI tools into everyday workflows.
• A Bachelor's degree or a compelling narrative.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
