This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, package, and market NetBrain's unique narrative within the emerging Agentic NetOps sector.
• Transform NetBrain's technical offerings into distinct narratives and targeted use cases for economic stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the VP / Head of Solutions Marketing, Product, Sales, and Engineering leadership to shape positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Establish competitive differentiation and encapsulate it into a value architecture aligned with executive outcomes.
• Create messaging frameworks for Sales, Marketing, and Field SE teams.
• Ensure a consistent and differentiated narrative across product releases, use cases, and market transitions.
• Lead the product-side narrative for Agentic NetOps, encompassing AI applications, customer engagements with agents, and platform value architecture.
• Link agentic capabilities to quantifiable operational benefits and collaborate with Analyst Relations.
• Identify high-value use cases, develop business cases, and oversee naming, positioning, proof points, packaging, enablement, and launch sequencing.
• Refine product marketecture, including portfolio structure, naming conventions, and packaging.
• Direct launch messaging, enablement materials, launch sequencing, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop the sales toolkit, which includes pitch decks, discovery and qualification guides, ROI tools, and objection-handling resources.
• Collaborate with GTM Enablement on the enablement roadmap and guide the Senior Product Marketing Manager on solution-specific resources.
• Cultivate an ongoing partnership with Product Management, providing a unified go-to-market perspective during roadmap planning.
• Integrate pricing strategies, ideal customer profiles, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into product insights.
• Over 8 years of experience in Product Marketing.
• At least 4 years of experience in leading platform or multi-product positioning within B2B enterprise software.
• Proven track record of identifying and articulating genuine competitive differentiation.
• Experience in launching and positioning a comprehensive product portfolio.
• Background in introducing new use cases to market within an established product.
• Experience in leading a redesign of product marketecture or executing significant repackaging initiatives.
• Ability to convert highly technical capabilities into value narratives for economic buyers and technical practitioners.
• Experience marketing to both technical and business buyers.
• Strong competitive awareness and the ability to integrate market insights into positioning.
• Experience in developing or managing a core sales enablement toolkit for a B2B software organization.
• Experience in managing, mentoring, or closely collaborating with junior marketers.
• Analytical rigor in assessing the effectiveness of positioning strategies.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to establish a function.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred; an MBA is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions are necessary for computer usage.
