This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and take ownership of Dandelion’s messaging framework, transforming a complex multimodal data platform into engaging narratives for audiences in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and health systems.
• Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for new product and use-case introductions in collaboration with product and commercial teams.
• Create and sustain sales materials, including one-pagers, case studies, and demo resources.
• Build and oversee a content calendar that includes LinkedIn posts, blog articles, scientific communications, and newsletter content.
• Work closely with Elliott to cultivate and enhance his thought leadership presence across various channels.
• Commission and refine content that resonates with both business buyers and scientific/clinical audiences.
• Manage Dandelion’s involvement in industry conferences, clinical AI events, and life sciences summits, overseeing everything from selection to logistics and follow-up.
• Coordinate public relations opportunities, media pitches, and speaker application submissions.
• Monitor the industry calendar and proactively identify high-impact event opportunities.
• Oversee the marketing calendar, coordinating inputs across the organization to ensure consistent execution.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, including content creation, event discovery, competitive analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the external brand agency to ensure consistency across all produced materials.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, particularly focused on product marketing.
• Background in a B2B startup or scale-up, ideally within life sciences, digital health, healthcare IT, or data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to craft narratives for complex, technical products and convey them effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional writing skills, with the capacity to adapt tone and style for scientific, business, and general audiences.
• Proficient with AI tools as an integral part of your workflow, rather than as a mere experiment.
• Comfortable working independently while coordinating contributions from various departments within the organization.
• Familiar with life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare; while a PhD is not necessary, you should have a solid understanding of clinical trials.
• Strong organizational capabilities and a preference for structured systems, enabling you to manage a marketing calendar effectively without losing track of details.
