Senior Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Establish and manage a portfolio structure that caters to buyer requirements, market trends, and overall business objectives.

• Convert business goals, market possibilities, and the product portfolio into a unified, formal go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

• Formulate and implement go-to-market initiatives for the portfolio, encompassing target audience prioritization, messaging, and integrated campaign strategies.

• Supervise the planning for launches of new offerings, which includes defining and managing a comprehensive enterprise-wide launch process and templates for products, solutions, and services.

• Cultivate a profound understanding of buyer and customer requirements, market trends, and the competitive environment.

• Collaborate with leaders across sales, product, marketing, customer success, and other departments to create cohesive strategies, tactics, and resources that fulfill corporate goals.

• Develop and spearhead a revenue enablement plan that fosters portfolio comprehension, adoption, and growth among buyer- and customer-facing roles.

• Offer leadership, guidance, and mentoring to product marketing and vertical marketing team members.

• Perform regular evaluations of go-to-market effectiveness and address performance deficiencies through ongoing improvement initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is required.

• A Master’s degree (MBA) is mandatory.

• Certification as a Product Marketing Manager (CPMM – AIPMM) is preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

• Global experience working with diverse and distributed teams is highly preferred.

• 4–6 years of advanced experience in product line, portfolio, or business unit management.

• 4–6 years of proven success in influencing C-level executives and senior cross-functional leaders.

• 4–6 years of experience utilizing business and marketing analytics to show impact on revenue growth.

• 4–6 years of demonstrated proficiency in crafting compelling messaging and positioning for products, solutions, and services.

• Proficient in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
