Senior Product Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of sweepstakes campaigns, promotional events, and player lifecycle initiatives on the Skillz platform.

• Enhance player acquisition, engagement, and conversion through the effective execution of sweepstakes campaigns.

• Collaborate effectively with Product Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Compliance teams.

• Manage the Skillz sweepstakes campaign calendar to ensure timely and compliant execution of all events.

• Leverage data insights and analytics to refine sweepstakes campaigns and suggest enhancements to engagement and monetization strategies.

• Conduct A/B tests on sweepstakes campaign mechanics, entry offers, and prize structures; monitor key metrics and deliver actionable insights.

• Work alongside Analytics, Product, Design, and Legal/Compliance teams to guarantee regulatory compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience for Associate level or 3–5 years for Senior Associate level in mobile gaming, sweepstakes, social casino, or consumer app marketing.

• Proficiency in campaign management and CRM platforms (e.g., CleverTap, SpringBig, Braze) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, AppsFlyer).

• Experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

• Knowledge of sweepstakes mechanics and promotional compliance requirements (including no-purchase-necessary rules, prize fulfillment, and applicable state regulations) is highly advantageous.
