This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the product marketing strategy, continuously refining it to align with company growth objectives and the product roadmap.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the market, customers, users, competitors, and the challenges that our products address.
• Establish and uphold the core positioning, value proposition, and unique narrative for the product portfolio.
• Create and manage a tiered launch framework that aligns go-to-market efforts, investments, and visibility with the anticipated market and business impact of each release.
• Assess the tier of each release, coordinate the cross-functional plan, and oversee launches from start to finish.
• Specify standard deliverables, timelines, and roles for each tier to ensure that launches are consistent and predictable.
• Develop a comprehensive messaging framework (including value proposition, pillars, proof points, and persona-specific messages) that is integrated into all internal and external materials.
• Collaborate on a daily basis with product managers to ensure alignment of messaging and launches with the product roadmap.
• Provide sales and presales teams with enablement resources: pitch decks, playbooks, competitive battlecards, demo narratives, and ROI tools.
• Create customer-facing content—such as case studies, references, web and campaign content—in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis, sharing insights with product and go-to-market teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in a product marketing role, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.
• A proven history of developing product marketing strategies and leading product launches of varying scales, from minor updates to entirely new products.
• Proficient in positioning and messaging for both technical and business audiences, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrable impact on acquiring new logos as well as on cross-selling, upselling, and recurring revenue.
• Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales enablement, and customer success.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities, written and verbal communication skills, and the capacity to influence others without direct authority.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset for measuring and optimizing product marketing performance.
