This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.
β’ New Product Launch GTM: Take ownership of go-to-market strategies for designated product areas and launches. Establish positioning, messaging, and readiness for launches, then monitor and report on results post-launch.
β’ Sales Enablement That Wins: Create the resources that sellers actually utilize: pitch decks, battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling, and one-pagers. Validate these materials against real sales conversations and enhance them for greater impact.
β’ Demand Generation Partnership: Collaborate with Demand Generation to drive and convert pipeline. Shape campaign messaging, landing pages, emails, and content that attract new customers.
β’ Differentiated Messaging and Positioning: Transform product capabilities into value propositions and proof points for key audiences. Focus on outcomes rather than just features.
β’ Competitive Intelligence: Develop competitive intelligence and counter-positioning strategies that influence seller behavior and aid in securing deals. Move beyond mere information compilation to uncover insights that shift the conversation.
β’ Persona and Buyer Journey: Create persona-driven messaging aligned with each stage of the new customer buying journey.
β’ Research and Data: Leverage customer feedback, win-loss analysis, Salesforce, and Gong to refine messaging and guide marketing, sales, and product strategies.
β’ Measure What Matters: Link your efforts to pipeline, conversion, and new revenue. Establish success criteria upfront and report on the impact of your initiatives.
β’ Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within ecommerce technology, logistics, or B2B SaaS sectors.
β’ Proven success in developing sales enablement tools that influence seller behavior and facilitate new business acquisition.
β’ Experience managing product launch go-to-market processes, from positioning to results analysis.
β’ Strong skills in messaging and positioning, with the ability to convert features into value propositions and proof points.
β’ Competence in market research, with the ability to distill findings into insights and counter-positioning strategies.
β’ A history of collaborating closely with sales and demand generation teams.
β’ A data-driven mindset that connects marketing initiatives to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach.
