This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with cross-functional pricing stakeholders to ensure that customer value, positioning, and go-to-market impact influence pricing and packaging choices.
• Oversee the go-to-market strategy and implementation for pricing and packaging in key markets.
• Create messaging frameworks, enablement resources, and customer-facing materials that empower sellers to effectively communicate usage-based pricing and credits.
• Analyze customer feedback, seller insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to pinpoint positioning gaps and obstacles to adoption.
• Work alongside Product teams to enhance how pricing value and credit consumption are conveyed within the product experience.
• Design scalable frameworks and tools that assist representatives in scoping deals, articulating ROI, and navigating commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with GTM Enablement to implement field readiness programs that enhance seller confidence and minimize escalation volume.
• Utilize AI-driven workflows and insights to expand messaging analysis, streamline content creation, and enhance operational efficiency across pricing communications.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Pricing Strategy, Monetization, Commercial Strategy, or similar SaaS go-to-market roles.
• Experience in leading transitions for pricing, packaging, monetization, or commercial models in a B2B SaaS context.
• Strong skills in cross-functional influence, with experience collaborating across Product, Finance, Sales Strategy, and GTM teams.
• Demonstrated ability to convert complex commercial or technical concepts into clear positioning and actionable messaging.
• Experience in developing enablement programs, sales tools, or go-to-market frameworks that drive revenue growth and seller adoption.
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication abilities, including storytelling at the executive level and stakeholder management.
• Comfort with operating in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments where frameworks and processes are still being established.
• Experience in leveraging AI tools and workflows to enhance content creation, analysis, or operational scalability.
