This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a multi-year strategy and roadmap for digital mammography solutions, which includes AI-driven applications, workflow tools, and integrated platforms.

• Take ownership of upstream product strategy, encompassing roadmap prioritization, understanding customer challenges and benefits, product market fit, and business case formulation.

• Serve as the customer advocate in product decision-making.

• Identify unmet clinical and operational requirements throughout the breast care continuum (screening, diagnosis, reporting, follow-up), ensuring solutions cater to diverse patient populations and care environments.

• Convert market insights, customer feedback, and clinical trends into unique and impactful product offerings.

• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, clinical, UX, regulatory, finance, and R&D) to create scalable digital solutions.

• Formulate and deliver comprehensive business plans, including market sizing, financial modeling, and ROI justification for new product initiatives.

• Establish value propositions, pricing strategies, and facilitate go-to-market efforts in collaboration with commercial teams.

• Advocate for interoperability and ecosystem integration (PACS, RIS, EMRs, cloud platforms).

• Identify, assess, and assist in the execution of strategic partnerships, alliances, and potential acquisitions.

• Manage and navigate complex third-party relationships, including decisions on building, buying, or partnering.

• Collaborate with startups, academic institutions, and technology partners to foster innovation.

• Work with global commercial and regional teams to enhance adoption and drive revenue growth.

• Cultivate strong relationships with radiologists, breast imaging specialists, and healthcare leaders within diverse communities.

• Participate in industry forums and engage in thought leadership initiatives.

• Collaborate with regulatory and quality teams to facilitate product approvals and manage lifecycle processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in product management, strategy, or innovation roles.

• A proven history of delivering digital or software-enabled products.

• Background in healthcare, MedTech, clinical settings, or other regulated industries.

• Experience in developing business cases or business plans to inform product strategy decisions.

• Familiarity with MedTech, healthcare imaging, or digital health is preferred.

• Clinical exposure, such as working as a radiology technologist or in imaging environments.

• An advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD) is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of medical imaging workflows and clinical settings.

• Experience with AI/ML-based healthcare solutions.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.

• Experience collaborating with external partners, ecosystems, or alliances.

• Commercial acumen with a background in product launches and lifecycle management.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to influence senior stakeholders.
