
Senior Product Manager – Voice Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the **strategy, roadmap, and implementation** for Intermedia’s telecom offerings.
• Play a pivotal role in developing features within our broader Voice product roadmap that contribute to our UC, CC, and AI solutions.
• Convert customer, partner, regulatory, and carrier needs into well-defined product initiatives with quantifiable business results – optimizing for technical, operational, and financial aspects.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Sales, Operations, Support, and Regulatory teams to create solutions that are ready for operations, partners, and customers.
• Assess and enhance KPIs related to service quality, reliability, onboarding duration, and profitability.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert as we grow our premier telecom network in collaboration with senior managers.
• Regularly assess emerging technologies, such as AI, to uncover opportunities for enhancing the quality, performance, and efficiency of our network as it expands.
• Continuously analyze competitor UCaaS offerings to discover ways to differentiate our unique Voice features and address emerging competitive challenges.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a minimum of 3 years concentrating on business voice / UCaaS and telecom services.
• Profound knowledge of SIP, RTP, VoIP protocols, SBCs, and telephony infrastructure.
• A proven record of managing the complete product lifecycle for mission-critical platforms.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, comfortable working with regulatory, operational, and financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
