Senior Product Manager – US Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for US payment solutions, achieving measurable customer and commercial results.

• Introduce new payment features to the market, overseeing products from initial discovery to launch and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Business Analysis to create scalable, high-quality products that address customer and market demands.

• Establish strong connections with banks and financial institutions to identify customer challenges and translate them into valuable product features.

• Facilitate commercial success by assisting with customer interactions, go-to-market strategies, and key sales opportunities.

• Define product pricing, positioning, and competitive differentiation to enhance market adoption.

• Ensure that products comply with, remain competitive, and align with changing payment scheme and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to provide outstanding customer experiences and drive business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management.

• In-depth understanding of the US account-to-account payments landscape, particularly Wire, ACH, and ideally RTP/FedNow.

• Background in developing products for banks or financial institutions, whether in a banking environment or with a technology provider.

• Demonstrated capability to guide products from concept through to launch and ongoing operations.

• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in pricing strategies, go-to-market execution, and customer engagement.

• Familiarity with the competitive landscape of payment infrastructure.

• Proficient in collaborating closely with Engineering to translate customer requirements into scalable products.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across both technical and commercial teams.
