
Senior Product Manager, Treasury Automation – Cross-Border Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and take ownership of the vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators for treasury automation to position treasury as a strategic competitive advantage.
• Develop software capabilities that streamline treasury decision-making and decrease operational overhead across both fiat and stablecoin infrastructures.
• Create systems that provide real-time monitoring of global liquidity positions and forecast funding needs across various currencies and payment pathways.
• Enhance capital allocation strategies and reduce idle or trapped liquidity across banks, payment service providers (PSPs), exchanges, custodians, and blockchain wallets.
• Oversee products that facilitate multi-chain liquidity management, stablecoin inventory balancing, automated conversions from fiat to stablecoin, and orchestration of on-chain settlements.
• Construct automated workflows for pre-funding decisions, funding of bank and exchange accounts, internal wallet transfers, partner settlement responsibilities, and end-of-day processes.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Risk teams to automate platform controls, encompassing counterparty exposure limits, bank concentration risks, exchange and custodian exposure, and liquidity thresholds.
• Continuously evolve the platform to incorporate advanced forecasting systems that anticipate liquidity requirements, detect potential shortages in advance, and model future funding or settlement responsibilities.
• Establish robust systemic workflows to guarantee complete audit trails, institutional approval processes, and appropriate segregation of duties.
• Over 5 years of Product Management experience, preferably within fintech, payments, treasury, banking, or digital assets sectors.
• Proven experience in building and launching intricate financial products and operational platforms.
• In-depth understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, settlement processes, and reconciliation practices.
• Knowledge of stablecoin ecosystems, blockchain networks, custody models, and digital asset infrastructure.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience utilizing data to inform product decisions and evaluate results.
• Interest or willingness to learn about Blockchain infrastructure, custody platforms, and on-chain transaction monitoring.
