• Define the Treasury roadmap: Assist in shaping the vision and multi-quarter strategy for Treasury at Juniper Square. Organize the roadmap around reliability enhancements, workflow improvements, and new capability investments.
• Manage end-to-end processes: Transition problems from discovery to delivery. Plan projects, document requirements, and inspire those developing solutions by clarifying the “why” and the “what,” which encourages their ownership of the “how.” Collaborate with our go-to-market and investor services teams to implement new capabilities and boost adoption.
• Engage with customers: Dedicate significant time to interacting with our fund administration and investor services teams, as well as the GPs whose financial transactions we facilitate. Utilize customer insights to refine or question strategic direction.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives: Collaborate with engineering, design, fund administration, investor services, compliance, and executive stakeholders to synchronize strategy and ensure that execution benefits both the business and the customer.
• Develop AI-native workflows: Treasury is where document processing, exception management, and automated reconciliation provide substantial leverage. Direct the product vision for AI-driven capabilities within the domain - including intelligent document ingestion, automated matching, proactive exception alerts, and generative summaries for GPs.
• Simplify intricate challenges: Treasury operations are inherently complex, involving regulatory oversight, high-stakes money movements, integration with legacy banking systems, and reconciliation across various fund structures. Tackle the most challenging issues in the domain and deliver solutions that appear straightforward.
• Over 5 years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS, with a substantial portfolio of successfully delivered projects throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to own a complex product area comprehensively, from strategy and roadmap formulation to execution and iteration, preferably in data-intensive or workflow-intensive environments.
• Proficient with modern AI tools. Familiarity with LLMs, Cursor, and Claude Code is expected - you should be capable of developing your own prototypes and utilizing AI to expedite answers beyond what traditional PM workflows permit.
• A history of delivering AI-driven features with a strong focus on trust, explainability, accuracy, and error management, particularly in high-stakes areas.
• Demonstrated independence: capable of establishing vision, developing roadmaps, defining KPIs, and executing with minimal oversight while coordinating with engineers, designers, and domain specialists.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey product decisions to engineers, designers, executives, and customers alike.

• Life insurance
• Mental wellness coverage
