Senior Product Manager, Trading

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies while aligning with strategic priorities.

• Define product features, compose specifications, conduct user studies, iterate based on feedback, assist in creating test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ensure timely delivery of products/features.

• Engage with customers to cultivate empathy and guarantee their needs are fulfilled.

• Appropriately prioritize initiatives and projects, considering necessary trade-offs.

• Conduct market research and analysis.

• Act as a representative for the team in communications with cross-functional groups.

• Oversee specific features within a product line.

• Proven experience in launching and refining successful software or financial products at scale.

• Strong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience in crypto and/or perpetuals development, along with knowledge of stocks/tokenized stocks and options is a plus.

• Preferred candidates will have domain expertise in retail trading or gamification.

• Bring a sense of humility in your work and interactions with others.

• Proficiency in AI-native workflows: Demonstrable use of AI tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, LibreChat, or similar) with human-in-the-loop practices — mandatory, not optional.
