This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform internal customer research, evaluate internal data and competitors to identify the experiences we need to create.
• Assess potential benefits, comprehend resource needs, and develop cases for investing in various features.
• Prioritize and organize different features, creating product roadmaps based on both qualitative and quantitative analyses of opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to gain support and enhance understanding.
• Define product requirements and oversee execution and product launches, determining whether to implement certain initiatives as features or experiments, and iterating to enhance the experience.
• Manage execution from start to finish — including AI prototyping and conducting analysis with assistance from the data team.
• Utilize all of the above to impact business metrics as the ultimate owner of your domain.
• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management.
• A keen interest in personal finance and financial products.
• A builder mindset with the capability to drive large cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and customer research.
• Excellent abilities in solution scoping, prioritization, and employing prioritization frameworks.
• Exceptional collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A sense of curiosity, open-mindedness, and a passion for continuous learning.
• **Bonus points:** Experience in building products or startups from scratch — we appreciate an entrepreneurial spirit and resilience.
• Base salary ranging from $180,000 to $230,000 plus a bonus based on the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
