Senior Product Manager – Studio & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products associated with AI, Analytics, and conversational platforms;

• Make prioritization decisions based on business impact, user experience, technical complexity, and scalability;

• Convert intricate technical capabilities into user-friendly and pertinent solutions for B2B clients;

• Function effectively in settings with various technical, architectural, and organizational dependencies;

• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, AI, Design, and commercial teams to expedite delivery and minimize risks;

• Grasp the fundamentals of architecture, data, performance, reliability, and governance within the product scope;

• Drive strategic initiatives linked to automation, conversational intelligence, analytics, and observability;

• Foster genuine product adoption by alleviating friction across various user profiles;

• Clearly convey directions, decisions, and trade-offs to both technical and business stakeholders;

• Impact strategic decisions even in the absence of formal authority.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager for Platform, Analytics, AI, Data Products, Developer Tools, or complex SaaS solutions;

• Strong capability to articulate product vision in highly technical, data-centric environments;

• Experience with products essential to the functioning and growth of B2B clients;

• Background working in scenarios with multiple technical and organizational dependencies;

• Ability to seamlessly transition between technical and strategic discussions;

• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Data, AI, and Design;

• Proven ability to lead through influence;

• Proficient in English for effective communication in a global context.
