This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary expert in product and technology for substantial, strategic global Private Credit clients and prospect interactions, encompassing discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution design.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Relationship Management teams to comprehend client needs, effectively communicate product capabilities, and ensure that proposed solutions are technically viable, scalable, and in line with the strategic product roadmap.
• Lead structured discovery sessions with institutional clients to convert business and operational requirements into clear product inputs, user stories, use cases, and prioritization recommendations in cooperation with the Client Experience lead.
• Manage client-specific requests while balancing platform strategy, exercising strategic judgment to decide when configuration or roadmap acceleration is suitable versus when standard capabilities should be utilized to maintain scalability.
• Create and sustain client-specific roadmap views for major strategic clients, delivering tailored presentations of product strategy and delivery timelines that reinforce partnership and transparency.
• Oversee and enhance the onboarding process for large migration clients, designing workflows and utilizing technology to boost efficiency, shorten time-to-value, and expedite sales-to-revenue conversion.
• Ensure that client commitments and deliverables are explicitly defined, monitored, and communicated, coordinating with product, engineering, and delivery teams to proactively manage expectations and guarantee successful execution.
• Develop accelerated solution delivery methods in collaboration with business units, delivery teams, and technology teams, identifying the best approach (partner/build/buy) to efficiently and rapidly introduce new offerings to the market.
• Assess and investigate the potential of new product offerings with Private Credit business units, ensuring strategic alignment and, when appropriate, incorporating validated opportunities into the overall product roadmap and investment priorities.
• Provide extensive expertise in alternative investments, covering fund structures, asset-level data, financial reporting, and servicing workflows to establish credibility and trust with sophisticated institutional clients and internal stakeholders.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management or client delivery, ideally within financial services technology, with a proven history of managing intricate client engagements and achieving successful outcomes.
• Strong fluency in Private Credit, encompassing a thorough understanding of fund structures, investment workflows, reporting requirements, and institutional client servicing models.
• Proven experience in developing or delivering B2B client-facing SaaS solutions, with a solid understanding of enterprise software implementation, configuration, and best practices for client onboarding.
• Demonstrated capability in facilitating requirements gathering workshops with institutional clients and internal stakeholders, converting business needs into actionable product specifications and user stories.
• Strong grasp of technical concepts, system architecture, and AI capabilities, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and credible discussions regarding technical feasibility and innovation opportunities.
• Executive presence and communication skills, with extensive experience presenting and guiding strategic discussions with senior financial services professionals, including C-suite executives, client partners, and high-value prospects.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and disciplined agile delivery methodologies, with the proficiency to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while upholding quality and predictability.
• Exceptional influencing and relationship-building abilities, with a proven track record of navigating complex stakeholder environments, nurturing trust with both internal teams and external clients, and driving alignment across competing priorities in matrixed settings.
