
Senior Product Manager, Shopping Experiences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and manage the roadmap for Shopping Experiences in new growth channels, articulating clear hypotheses, success metrics, and prioritization.
• Initiate and expand checkout processes, promotional offers on both app and web platforms, and consumer shopping preferences, collaborating closely with Engineering and Design to create seamless, high-conversion onboarding experiences.
• Develop and implement acquisition initiatives (e.g., referral programs, exploratory partner pilots) that demonstrate measurable CAC→LTV impact.
• Take charge of funnel performance from start to finish: monitor weekly acquisitions, 30-day activations, and step drop-offs while conducting thorough incrementality testing.
• Work collaboratively across departments such as Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and the Card Foundations team to synchronize dependencies and promote safe, scalable growth.
• Consistently experiment and iterate to uncover new conversion strategies, enhance engagement, and broaden card and consumer usage.
• A minimum of 4 years in Product Management; ideally with prior experience in managing growth or distribution channels.
• Proven success in launching consumer financial or regulated products; comfortable collaborating with Risk/Credit, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Strong expertise in experiment design, incrementality/attribution, and optimizing CAC→LTV.
• Excellent UX instincts for moment-of-intent touchpoints; capable of working across web, app, and partner integrations.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and others for researching, analyzing, and visualizing experiences to enhance product vision.
• Proficient in data analysis (self-serve SQL/Amplitude level) with a strong inclination towards rapid shipping, learning, and iteration.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills; experience leading integrated engineering and design teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
