This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Define and manage the roadmap for Shopping Experiences focusing on new growth channels, establishing clear hypotheses, success metrics, and sequencing.
• Launch and enhance checkout processes, promotional offers on both app and web, and consumer shopping preferences, collaborating closely with Engineering and Design to create seamless, high-conversion onboarding experiences.
• Design and implement acquisition initiatives (e.g., referrals, exploratory partner pilots) that have a measurable impact on CAC→LTV.
• Take ownership of funnel performance from start to finish: monitor weekly acquisitions, 30-day activation rates, drop-offs by step, and conduct thorough incrementality testing.
• Work collaboratively across teams, including Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and the Card Foundations team, to align on dependencies and promote safe, scalable growth.
• Engage in continuous experimentation and iteration to discover new conversion opportunities, enhance engagement, and increase card and consumer usage.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management; ideally with a background in managing growth or distribution channels.
• Proven success in launching consumer financial or regulated products; comfortable collaborating with Risk/Credit, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Extensive knowledge in experiment design, incrementality/attribution analysis, and optimizing CAC→LTV.
• Strong understanding of user experience for moment-of-intent surfaces; capable of collaborating across web, app, and partner integrations.
• Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and others for researching, analyzing, visualizing experiences, and contributing to an improved product vision.
• Strong data skills (self-serve SQL/Amplitude) and a proactive approach to shipping, learning, and iterating rapidly.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership abilities; experienced in leading embedded engineering/design teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
