Senior Product Manager, Shopping Experience

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Health within the Shopping Experience, guiding initiatives from initial discovery to scaled launch and ongoing iteration.

• Collaborate with design and research teams to gain in-depth insights into customer needs related to inspiration, dietary filters, and health-focused discovery; transform these insights into streamlined and appealing product experiences.

• Establish success metrics and implement a thorough experimentation program (including A/B tests and multivariate tests) to enhance key outcomes such as engagement, conversion, and retention.

• Work collaboratively across various functions including engineering, data science, operations, partnerships, legal, and privacy to deliver features responsibly at scale, ensuring a balance between speed, quality, and compliance.

• Foster alignment among diverse stakeholders, clearly communicate trade-offs and decisions, and prioritize ruthlessly to maximize both customer and business impact in a dynamic environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in product management, specifically in building consumer products and overseeing end-to-end user experiences from discovery to launch and iteration.

• Demonstrated success in launching zero-to-one products that have had measurable impacts (such as improved conversion, retention, or engagement) and achieving significant adoption.

• Practical experience in collaborating with product design and user research to translate insights into clear PRDs, prototypes, and delivered features.

• Proficiency in data analysis and experimentation (such as defining success metrics, collaborating on A/B tests, and interpreting results; familiarity with SQL or equivalent analytics tools).

• Experience navigating highly cross-functional environments, influencing without direct authority, and aligning various stakeholder groups to a unified roadmap.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, or a related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
