📋 Description

• Daily Prioritisation & Ticket Fulfilment: Execute rigorous daily prioritization and actively oversee sprint execution to facilitate ticket fulfillment. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to maintain focus, minimize disruptive context-switching, and promptly resolve technical blockers, enabling developers to perform at optimal velocity.

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Take charge of the roadmap, scoping, and successful delivery of core modules.

• AI-First Product Innovation: Actively research and implement leading AI advancements to transform manual e-commerce logistics processes into automated, self-optimizing workflows.

• Hands-on QA & User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Personally lead and execute thorough Quality Assurance (QA) and UAT processes to ensure that complex carrier integrations, merchant dashboards, and platform updates are completely reliable before going live.

• Onboarding & Project Management Support: Serve as the main product-facing project manager for merchant onboarding, working directly with scaling brands to guide them smoothly and resolve operational edge cases.

• Deep Integrations Strategy: Define and enhance our carrier and WMS integration framework. Spearhead the product requirements that allow our team to connect intricate courier, warehouse (such as Mintsoft, PeopleVox), and partner APIs swiftly, cleanly, and reliably.

• Shopify Ecosystem Integration: Strengthen our integration with Shopify Plus, ensuring our merchant dashboard, App Bridge interfaces, and webhooks are highly effective, intuitive, and seamless for enterprise-level operations.

• Logistics & Compliance Focus: Design product features that address the complex realities of cross-border commerce, including international customs documentation, commercial invoices, and DDU/DDP financial splits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven SaaS Product Experience: A demonstrated history of managing and scaling B2B SaaS platforms or high-volume, customer-centric e-commerce products, ideally within the Shopify ecosystem.

• Shopify App Ecosystem Expertise: A profound understanding of how public Shopify Apps achieve success. You are well-acquainted with Shopify App Store standards, Polaris design language, OAuth, App Bridge, and GraphQL API functionalities.

• Technical Fluency: While coding won't be part of your role, you should be comfortable reading API documentation, comprehending database structures (MongoDB), serverless AWS concepts, and discussing complex technical trade-offs with senior engineers.

• Operational Data Flows: A solid, practical understanding of e-commerce logistics. You should know how order, shipment, and inventory data flows between ERPs, WMSs, and storefronts.

• Mintsoft & WMS Familiarity: Experience with (or building integrations for) Mintsoft or similar warehouse management systems (WMS).

• International Trade & Logistics: Knowledge of the commercial and logistical aspects of cross-border shipping, including commercial invoices, customs documentation, and the distinctions between DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

• Absolute Ownership & Forward-Thinking: You treat the product as your own enterprise. You proactively identify bottlenecks, propose technical enhancements, and push the limits of our platform's capabilities.

• AI-Driven Innovation: You stay informed about pioneering AI developments and enjoy brainstorming how modern AI technologies can address business challenges or enhance user experiences.

• Velocity, Bias for Action, and Analytical Depth: An unwavering focus on delivering merchant value swiftly. You dislike bureaucracy and have a passion for shipping features, measuring their impact, and iterating quickly.

• Language Fluency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). You should be capable of translating complex logistical and technical realities into clear, compelling narratives for both developers and high-value merchants.

• Timezone Alignment: Must be available to work UK hours (typically 09:00 to 17:30 GMT/BST) to ensure smooth collaboration with our primary merchant markets and teammates.
