This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee product ownership responsibilities, which include establishing product vision, managing priorities, and facilitating the delivery of product initiatives.
• Execute service design activities aimed at identifying user needs, business challenges, and areas for enhancement.
• Lead sessions for customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and defining workflows.
• Collect, assess, and convert business and user requirements into definitive product specifications and actionable deliverables.
• Organize and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, user impact, and project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, which include business stakeholders, designers, developers, and operational personnel.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment through effective communication, workshops, and decision-making processes.
• Define and refine operational workflows to enhance service efficiency and user experience.
• Promote continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, identifying gaps, and suggesting enhancements.
• Document processes, requirements, user journeys, and outputs from service design activities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, service design, UX design, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing product requirements, prioritization, and aligning with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of service design methodologies, customer journey mapping, and principles of user-centered design.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Capability to translate complex business needs into structured solutions and clear product requirements.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
• Preferred experience with digital products, platforms, or service transformation projects.
