Senior Product Manager – Scale

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of driving the development and outcomes of essential product features to support our largest enterprise clients, encompassing everything from the onboarding process for new users and teams to enhancing accounts with tools that facilitate the management of users, teams, and resources.

• You will address challenges related to automated lifecycle management, scalable APIs, IAC, and the specific needs of “big teams” as they expand with Honeycomb.

• You will work closely with engineering and design in a collaborative triad-based model.

• You will cultivate relationships and enable meaningful technical discussions across the organization, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

• You will instinctively focus on empathetically understanding users, identifying their challenges and delights, and you will be unwavering in championing their best interests within the product.

• You will take directional input from key stakeholders, using it as a foundation for your own product discovery initiatives.

• You have a desire to synthesize and distill information to create clarity. You will not be easily sidetracked by the influx of information from various sources.

• You will engage in a community of practice alongside your fellow Product Managers, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

• You feel comfortable setting a vision while also identifying small increments of value that can be delivered iteratively and promptly. You enjoy overseeing product development throughout its entire lifecycle, from initial prototype to General Availability (GA).

• You find inspiration in ambiguity and are motivated to navigate through it towards clarity. You appreciate allowing space for learning before advancing towards a solution.

• You are comfortable or eager to engage in technically complex areas, whether through your background as a developer or experience working on technical SaaS products. A strong preference for experience in or as a user of tracing, metrics, monitoring, or analytics software is desired.
