
Senior Product Manager, SBO – Safety Back-Office

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for the Safety Back-Office area at Feeld.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety, Fraud, Customer Support, Compliance, Engineering, Design, Data, and Product teams to identify and prioritize significant opportunities.
• Lead investigations into internal processes, member safety risks, moderation quality, support efficiency, fraud patterns, and compliance requirements.
• Convert complex operational issues into clear product challenges, success metrics, and delivery plans.
• Enhance Feeld’s capability to combat fakes, spam, fraud, abuse, and other behaviors that compromise member trust.
• Establish and monitor metrics related to member trust, safety outcomes, operational efficiency, decision consistency, quality, and business impact.
• Relay roadmap priorities, progress, risks, and results to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional execution from problem definition to launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• You have successfully led intricate product initiatives that involved ambiguity, operational complexity, sensitive user impacts, or multiple stakeholder groups.
• You possess experience in transforming qualitative insights, operational data, user signals, and business context into targeted product priorities and measurable outcomes.
• You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional partners across various disciplines, including engineering, design, data, operations, support, compliance, risk, or policy.
• You can communicate effectively with diverse audiences, simplifying complex technical, operational, compliance, or safety topics into actionable decisions.

• You have experience in Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, moderation, customer support tools, compliance tools, internal platforms, or operational systems.
• You have developed products or workflows that enhanced decision consistency, operational efficiency, automation, or quality assurance.
• You have worked on products where member trust, risk reduction, privacy, safety, or harm prevention were pivotal to success.
