This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and maintain a proactive, prioritized product roadmap for AMS and the associated revenue systems portfolio; ensure continuous development aligns with organizational priorities and industry best practices, and present updates and recommendations directly to ELT stakeholders.
• Act as the main technology partner and cross-functional liaison among revenue-generating teams (Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Marketing), Finance, and the Technology organization.
• Collaborate with business-line leaders to understand workflows, identify capability gaps, and highlight inefficiencies; proactively propose optimal solutions instead of waiting for requests.
• Evaluate current system capabilities against business needs; identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for enhancements across the portfolio.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable specifications and prioritized feature backlogs for the internal engineering team; guide developers and BI resources and remain accountable for the success of implemented solutions.
• Lead comprehensive build-versus-buy evaluations, including vendor assessments, proof-of-concept trials, and integration analyses; present recommendations with supporting rationale and total-cost considerations.
• Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, implementation, and integration of approved third-party solutions, ensuring meaningful connectivity with existing systems and data flows.
• Spearhead the evaluation and deployment of a CRM solution for the Sales organization, addressing the most critical near-term technology gap.
• Ensure users receive adequate training and support on all revenue systems; take ownership of change management and drive measurable adoption of delivered solutions.
• Establish requirements for customer, subscription, renewal, and revenue-focused reporting and dashboards; ensure data integrity and accessibility across AMS and connected systems; implement data governance and integration best practices.
• Identify, assess, and recommend AI-driven solutions that significantly enhance revenue team efficiency and effectiveness — including marketing automation, churn prediction, and sales enablement intelligence.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for each initiative; regularly report outcomes to ELT stakeholders in a clear, executive-ready format.
• Stay informed about the CRM and revenue technology landscape; facilitate structured alignment on priorities and tradeoffs, constructively pushing back when requests conflict with scalability or strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in product management, technical program management, revenue operations, or enterprise business systems.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from start to finish — including discovery, requirements definition, vendor evaluation, implementation oversight, change management, and adoption — along with executive stakeholder engagement.
• Deep familiarity with CRM, customer success, and marketing automation platforms; prior experience with vendor evaluation and SaaS implementation.
• Strong understanding of revenue operations workflows and customer lifecycle management in B2B subscription businesses.
• High level of data literacy: able to evaluate system integrations, diagnose data-flow issues, and define reporting needs without being a practitioner.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools and practical judgment on how AI (automation, predictive modeling, LLM-driven workflows) can be applied to real business challenges.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — equally adept at presenting a strategic roadmap to the leadership team, facilitating requirements discussions with assertive stakeholders, and collaborating on specifics with developers.
• Health, dental, vision, 401K
• Generous paid time off plan
