Senior Product Manager, Retain

• Develop strategies for churn prevention and retention within the payments and billing platform.

• Take ownership of churn prevention, dunning, and recovery processes.

• Direct product strategy for dunning and proactive retention initiatives.

• Create adaptable interfaces that cater to a diverse merchant audience.

• Manage key performance indicators that are crucial for retention and revenue growth.

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of intricate projects.

• Ensure alignment among senior stakeholders regarding product strategy.

• Produce engaging written narratives to facilitate decision-making.

• Collaborate with engineering teams on billing logic and platform-related choices.

• Practical experience in payments, billing, or similar consumer-facing fintech at scale.

• Knowledge of subscription economics, churn dynamics, and dunning strategies.

• Experience with high-volume, buyer-oriented products.

• Technical expertise and the ability to evaluate billing systems, APIs, and associated trade-offs.

• Proficient in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.

• Capability to leverage AI as an enhancer in research, writing, and analysis.

• Proven track record of developing and launching products in scale-up or startup settings.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable navigating trade-offs among various stakeholders.
