This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and execute a long-term strategy and roadmap for Storefront Platform theming and merchandising tools (such as templates, components, style tokens, page builders, and personalization) that set apart retailer experiences and scale effectively with partners.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions with prominent retailers; convert brand and merchandising needs into scalable, secure platform functionalities with defined boundaries, ensuring a balance of adaptability with performance, accessibility, and SEO.
• Manage end-to-end execution across multiple teams (5+): create clear PRDs, prioritize backlogs, sequence product launches, and measure outcomes using metrics such as adoption rates, time-to-launch, conversion increases, and attach rates; conduct experiments and controlled ramp-ups.
• Collaborate with Design to enhance a storefront design system and WYSIWYG tools, and with Engineering to outline APIs/SDKs and internal tools that expedite implementation and minimize ongoing maintenance.
• Act as the primary liaison for executive and cross-functional communication; ensure alignment among stakeholders across R&D and Commercial, highlight trade-offs, mitigate timeline risks, and guarantee that retailer commitments are met on schedule and with high quality.
• Over 6 years of product management experience in developing B2B SaaS or platform products.
• More than 3 years of direct engagement with enterprise customers in retail, e-commerce, or related sectors, which includes leading discovery workshops and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• At least 2 years of experience delivering web theming, CMS, site builder, or design system tools (e.g., templates, component libraries) utilized by various external clients or internal teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-quarter roadmaps across more than 5 cross-functional partners (Engineering, Design, Data Science/Analytics, Research, TPM) and over 10 stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals and limitations (HTML/CSS, component libraries, responsive design, performance, accessibility in accordance with WCAG 2.1) and experience with analytics/experimentation (capable of writing SQL and utilizing tools like Looker or Amplitude; A/B testing).
• Proven experience in presenting product strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes to audiences at the VP level and above.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
