This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and steer the roadmap for the Unified Repository as the artifact scope rapidly expands.
• Develop a product-led growth strategy that facilitates early developer adoption and transitions to paid subscriptions over time.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Experience, and GTM teams to accelerate progress without compromising trust.
• Deliver the features that enterprise customers require to confidently adopt Chainguard.
• Over 5 years of PM experience, demonstrating a successful background in developer tools, infrastructure, or security.
• Experience in launching PLG or developer-oriented products that offer both free and enterprise options.
• Familiarity with the software supply chain, including package managers, registries, artifact management, and OSS distribution.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity; capable of making sequencing decisions and justifying them.
• A strong cross-functional operator who can unify engineering, design, sales, and legal teams around a single roadmap.
• Experience in zero-to-one development with genuine customer discovery and iterative validation.
• Technical credibility — while coding skills aren't necessary, you should be able to engage effectively with engineers on infrastructure, security, and developer tools.
