Senior Product Manager – Public Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the public health domain perspective and product strategy at both county and state levels.

• Deliver expert knowledge on the US public health and community health landscape, encompassing SDOH and HRSN, case management, disease surveillance, and closed-loop referral.

• Manage the regulatory and consent framework.

• Establish the innovation agenda: developing agentic workflows and predictive analytics that minimize manual labor for front-line public health and community personnel, ensuring clear human oversight at each automated stage.

• Conduct discovery sessions directly with county and state agencies, and influence the roadmap that the platform and engineering teams will follow.

• Act as the product subject matter expert for public sector initiatives and RFP submissions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management or product leadership, with extensive expertise in the public sector health or public health domain.

• In-depth understanding of the US public health and community health environment at county and state levels, including case management, SHIE and CIE, SDOH and HRSN, and closed-loop referral.

• Proficient in healthcare consent and privacy regulations, as well as interoperability frameworks (FHIR, TEFCA, and state exchange frameworks).

• Capability to establish a credible agentic and predictive analytics roadmap and convey it to agency buyers in straightforward terms.

• Based in the US, with the capacity to engage with county and state client relationships.

• Direct experience with state or county HHS, a public health department, or an HIE.

• Experience collaborating closely with a platform or engineering-oriented product manager, including offshore engineering.

• Proven history of influencing procurement or RFP results as a domain expert.
