Senior Product Manager – Platform Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the company's strategy and take ownership of the strategic direction and multi-year roadmap for your product sectors, aiming for strategic results and enhancing wallet share.

• Employ both qualitative and quantitative methods to grasp current and future customer and user needs, as well as their challenges.

• Prioritize product investments and make trade-offs based on data-driven insights and sound judgment to develop a persuasive business case and assess return on investment.

• Collaborate with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and fellow product managers through modern agile methodologies and Design Thinking, ensuring that concepts are both valuable and feasible.

• Coordinate with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other departments to guarantee successful product launches and rollouts.

• Gain insight into the overall product portfolio and understand how various solutions integrate to provide value to customers.

• Participate in industry events and lead engagements with customers and partners as a product authority.

• Analyze the competitive landscape.

• Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in Software Product Management, with previous experience in developing platform services, shared APIs, or other capabilities aimed at developers.

• A robust technical background, including familiarity with APIs, identity management, and workflow orchestration.

• Experience in the healthcare technology sector is advantageous.

• A proven history of managing products, driving innovation, and a genuine curiosity and passion for creating exceptional products.

• Demonstrated proficiency with contemporary AI tools like Claude, and a tendency to utilize them for enhancing efficiency in daily product tasks, including research, analysis, writing, and stakeholder communication.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.

• A solid grasp of Agile methodologies is essential, while familiarity with Design Thinking is beneficial.

• Experience in managing SaaS or PaaS products.
