Senior Product Manager – Platform Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Implement a well-defined 6–12 month stream roadmap that directly aligns with the overarching goals of the Turnkey platform.

• Coordinate the team's daily delivery agenda to concentrate on a limited number of the most critical, high-impact initiatives.

• Monitor essential product performance metrics, utilizing a structured metric tree to assess the genuine business impact of each released feature.

• Begin with the primary client issue instead of the proposed solution, revealing the actual business needs behind extensive intake processes.

• Establish and rapidly test product hypotheses through analytics, user feedback, and competitor analysis prior to commencing significant development tasks.

• Evaluate client brand performance together with Account Management to identify revenue enhancements and opportunities for platform improvement.

• Deliver high-quality platform features, widgets, and layout configuration systems while adhering to strict compliance and timelines.

• Work closely with engineers on a daily basis to refine technical solutions, remove obstacles from sprints, and sustain a high delivery velocity.

• Anticipate technical risks and proactively handle side effects or dependencies across related platform components.

• Oversee intricate intake processes from established B2C brands, ensuring that conflicting client demands do not derail engineering priorities.

• Independently resolve cross-team execution dependencies, collaborating with adjacent technical and business areas before potential obstacles arise.

• Provide regular updates, work outcomes, and research insights transparently to the entire product organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of direct Product Management experience, with a proven track record of launching multiple large or complex features.

• Extensive functional domain expertise within the iGaming industry, including hands-on experience with areas such as Casino, Sportsbook, CRM, Bonuses, or Anti-Fraud systems.

• Strong technical acumen with the capability to constructively critique engineering plans and examine the underlying system architecture.

• Demonstrated ability to establish, build, and maintain a structured metric tree to guide product prioritization.

• High level of professional independence, requiring minimal support to resolve daily product challenges and cross-team alignment issues.

• Exceptional communication skills in fluent English to ensure transparency across distributed teams.
