Senior Product Manager, Platform & Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Establish and advocate for a comprehensive, multi-year vision and strategy for the platform and its integrations, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

• Mentor and nurture at least one direct report, promoting a culture of excellence and professional development within the product team.

• Perform in-depth market, customer, and competitive analysis to uncover new integration opportunities and address unmet needs.

• Create and oversee a product roadmap that harmonizes foundational infrastructure initiatives, new integration projects, and long-term strategic objectives.

• Effectively communicate product strategy, insights, and recommendations to the executive leadership team and other key stakeholders.

• Exhibit expert technical knowledge by converting intricate API specifications and technical documentation into comprehensive user stories, functional requirements, and business solutions.

• Manage the entire product development lifecycle for all integrations, from initial discovery and technical design through to launch and subsequent iterations.

• Work closely with engineering teams to develop scalable, reliable, and high-quality platform services and integrations.

• Anticipate and address potential issues, risks, and dependencies across various internal and external systems to guarantee seamless integration.

• Maintain relationships with external integration partners, ensuring smooth implementation and interoperability.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform health, integration effectiveness, and overall product success.

• Leverage data-driven insights to refine the product, prioritize features, and make informed investment choices.

• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary advocate for the platform, emphasizing its critical role within the organization. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to facilitate successful launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.

• 8+ years of experience in software product management, with a significant focus on technical or platform-centric roles.

• Candidates with experience in restaurant SaaS will receive strong consideration.

• A proven history of launching and managing successful, complex technical products, including platforms, APIs, or large-scale integrations.

• Demonstrated ability and commitment to utilizing AI tools to perform job responsibilities; this is a requirement for every team member at the company.

• Proven experience in managing and mentoring product managers.

• Expert-level technical knowledge with a strong grasp of APIs, system integration patterns, and platform architecture.

• Experience working in an agile environment.

• Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extract insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.

• Outstanding collaboration, communication, and cross-functional partnership abilities.

• Strong understanding of business and financial principles.

• Excellent presentation skills with an executive presence.

• Willingness to work during US hours, at least until 5 PM ET, is essential for this role.
